Isabel has been a coach since 2016 as a result of a long expatriation in China that led her to redirect her technological career towards professional coaching.

Extensive work experience determined by his engineering background, his business studies (MBA and international management) and her years living in China in multicultural environments.
She is currently a Partner at 50+ Consultants, a group of independent professionals who operate under the same brand. She collaborates as a consultant in Spanish / Chinese projects, offering support to companies seeking efficiency when crossing borders; she offers organizational and executive coaching.
